ナノエレクトロニクス特論レポート課題集（全３題）3 Reports (Projects)

　・提出期限は目安であり、それを過ぎたら受け取らない、というわけではない。（だけど期限は守って欲しい）

　・第三レポートはオプション課題です

　・レポートの本当の最終締切を８月１０日１５時とします。

第一回レポート課題（６月１４日出題）1st Report:

自分の研究テーマに関係する、量子力学の問題を自作し、それに解答せよ。

自分の研究テーマとどのように関係するかをはじめに記述すること。

Make (invent or devise) and solve a practice exercise based on the quantum mechanics yourself,

(even if only slightly) related to the subject of YOUR current research.

You have to describe HOW the self-made problem-solving exercise is related to your research subject.

提出期限：７月５日（火）授業開始「前」

Deadline: 5th July

第二回レポート課題（７月１９日出題）2nd Report:

量子効果を利用したデバイスに関連する論文を熟読し、Ａ４　3-4枚程度に要約せよ。

ただし、以下の論文誌（２０００年以降）から探すこと。

　　J.Appl.Phys., Appl.Phys.Lett., Phys.Rev.B, Phys.Rev.Lett., IEEE Trans. Electron Devices

Read thoroughly and summarize the article regarding the novel device based on quantum effects
